Description

Instantly relieves nasal congestion to improve: breathing, snoring and sleep.

Directions for use:Wash and clean nose with soap and water, dry thoroughly.Ensure nose is free of creams, oils and make-up.Remove liner and avoid touching the adhesive.Centre nasal strip on nose as shown in the picture.Press strip from centre to edges to fully adhere.Hold for 30 seconds. Strip is correctly positioned if rounded tab is in the centre of the top of nasal bone. Flexible part of strip should be positioned just above nostrils. To remove:Wet nasal strip with warm water.Gently lift both ends and remove slowly to minimise risk of injury.Discard used nasal strip.
