The insole can be adjusted to the shoe size by cutting along the lines indicated by the manufacturer. For best results, it should be completely flat and correctly positioned inside the shoe.

-Remove the original insole from the shoe, if it is removable. -Place the Scholl 24H Energy inside the shoe, with the appropriate surface facing upwards. -Confirm that it is completely flat and correctly positioned. -If necessary, carefully cut along the line corresponding to the desired size. -Use daily or whenever it is necessary to increase the comfort and cushioning of the shoe. -Replace when it shows significant wear or when it no longer provides the expected level of comfort.
